Official report of market for Editorial Services - ProChile

ProChile is the institution that takes care of the promotion of exportations of Chilean products and services around the world.

During my internship in this Institution, one of the most important assignments for which I was responsible, was to produce the official report of the Italian market for editorial services in 2012. Since one of the aims of service design is to make experiences more effective, I made a document supported by Infographics that would help users (Chilean editors) to understand easily the important data collected on it.

Meet around the light

Smegg is a lighting ground ashtray planned to be placed outside bars or restaurants, as a meeting place for people to talk. The ashtray uses the natural people’s gesture of stepping on the cigarette ends.

Quick project Planning

Boscom was a final exam exercise in which we were required to ideate and plan a service by defining all its steps in a general way, from the definition itself, through the aims, actors, design process, until its possible functioning and failures.

It was an exercise of five hours to effectively ideate services.
